As an Independent Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting us in expanding our network of investors by promoting our world-class real estate investment education system. We will provide you with the training, tools and mentorship, but you must provide us with action!

| · | Assisting new students with the funding process |
| · | Guiding students in the process of building their own business |
Requirements:
| n | MUST be money motivated, a team player and a self-starter |
| n | Sales experience is a plus |
| n | MUST have a positive attitude and be willing to pursue personal development |
| n | Knowledge and/or interest in real estate investing is a MUST |
| n | Must have good habits, be consistent, and be committed to your own success |
| n | Must be willing to work from home or share in office space |
| n | Must have a STRONG desire to succeed and make 6-7 figures per year |
